V-GRIP 300

DESCRIPTION

Grip width changes everything in a row. The V-Grip 300 is the only cable attachment that lets you decide.

Most V-grips are fixed — you get one width, one hand position, and one line of pull regardless of your build, your training goals, or which part of your back you're trying to develop. That matters because grip width directly affects muscle recruitment in rowing and pulling movements. A narrower grip position brings the elbows closer to the body throughout the pull, shifting more load onto the lower lats and creating a stronger contraction at the end range. A wider grip flares the elbows outward, recruiting more of the upper back, rear delts, and rhomboids. The V-Grip 300 lets you choose between 8", 10", and 12" grip widths by repositioning the handles — the same attachment covers three distinct movement patterns and three different areas of back development, without swapping out equipment between exercises. The knurled aluminium handles lock the grip in place under load and give a secure, non-slip feel that a rubber-coated handle can't match at heavy weights. One attachment. Three grip positions. The full width of your back, trained properly.

THE CRAFT

Every V-Grip 300 is built by hand in the UK in limited production runs. We don't manufacture to a shelf — we manufacture to a standard. Once a batch is full, new orders enter the next production window. What arrives at your gym isn't a product that was stamped out by a machine. It's one that was made with the specific intention that you'd still be using it in ten years.
