Bespoke equipment raises different questions than off-the-shelf kit. How long does it take? How custom is “custom”? What materials are used, and why? The FAQs below cover the fundamentals of our process, materials, timelines, and support, so you know exactly what you’re investing in before we start cutting metal.
How long will my order take?
Every order enters our production queue at the point of purchase. Build times vary depending on what you've ordered and current workshop volume. Once you have placed your order, please reach out to me if you would like an ETA. If you need something by a specific date, get in touch before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
My country isn't showing a shipping option at checkout — can you still ship to me?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Not every country has automated shipping set up through our checkout, but that doesn't mean we can't get equipment to you. If your country isn't showing a shipping rate, email us at info@savagestrengthequipment.com with your order and location and we'll come back to you with a custom shipping quote within 1 to 2 business days. Don't let the checkout stop you from ordering.
Will I be charged import duties or taxes?
If you're ordering from outside the UK your order may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. These are charged by your local customs authority — not by us — and aren't included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. For most countries, charges are based on the declared value of the goods. If you're unsure what to expect, we'd recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. We're always happy to help — contact us and we'll do our best to give you an accurate picture for your country.
Can you build rack mounted products to fit my rack?
Yes — all rack mounted products are custom made to your exact rack specification. When browsing rack mounted products, select your upright size and hole diameter before adding to cart. If you're unsure of your rack dimensions, check the upright tube — the size is usually stamped on the steel, or you can measure the outer width of the post directly.
How do I enquire about a bespoke or custom order?

Outline what you're looking for, include any critical dimensions, load requirements, or rack compatibility details, and we'll come back to you with an honest assessment of what's possible and what it will cost. No project is too niche — if it can be engineered, it can be built.
