The only bar engineered around how your arm actually moves — not how a standard barbell was designed a century ago.
Standard bars force your wrists into a fixed, compromised position throughout the entire range of motion. The BT-Bar changes that. Using converging and diverging grip angles that follow your body's natural movement planes, it removes wrist strain from the equation entirely — so your biceps, triceps, and lats do the work they're supposed to, without your joints fighting against the movement.
