All the kit is made to order.
Custom made to fit your rack and requirements.
A time frame will be specified as to when the work will be scheduled to commence. Please note this is when the work is planned to begin and not when the product will be delivered.
A time frame can be projected, but as with any custom work, a vast amount of R&D is required and at times projects may take longer than planned.
I don't get paid for the time scale it takes to do research and development so please be patient.
If you wish to go ahead with placing an order, a deposit is required, or full payment upfront, as agreed upon discussions between myself and the client. Please note that the time specified is a guide ONLY, and it's subject to change, depending on the time it takes to design the parts, the workload and materials availability.
Materials will be sourced as soon as the deposit has been paid but it is not always possible to get everything at the same time as some parts will be custom made and may require machining. Some jobs take longer than others and are difficult to predict a specific timeframe.
Once the order has been placed and the deposit paid the drawings that are required for custom work will be done. if you change your mind or decide to cancel the order after the order has been placed the deposit will not be refunded and will be used to cover the cost of lost time, time spent making the drawings and part of the materials ordered.
All payments must be made in full prior to the goods being shipped. You have 5 days to make the full payment once payment has been requested. Or as agreed.

I'm currently working on a 8 - 12 week lead time on the larger non stock items
Please note this is when we plan to begin the welding process and assembly of the kit.

We tend to get the wheels in motion and source the materials as soon as the payment has been received, so, please make sure the payment has been made in good time to allow us to plan the bulk ordering of the materials.
