DESCRIPTION

Built because a standard tricep bar was causing pain. Engineered so it never has to again.

Most tricep pressdown bars lock your wrists into a fixed plane that puts the elbow joint under significant rotational stress at the bottom of the movement — which is exactly where tricep training gets uncomfortable for a lot of people. The Tricep Blade was designed from scratch to solve that. The flat, angled blade profile positions the hands in a more neutral orientation throughout the press, removing the torque that standard straight bars and rope attachments create at the wrist and elbow. The three-hole eyelet system takes it further — by changing which hole you attach the cable to, you alter the tilt angle of the blade, shifting the line of resistance relative to your forearm. Tilted one way, the movement becomes more forearm-loaded and easier on the joints. Tilted the other, it increases the mechanical demand on the lateral and medial tricep heads. It's the same exercise, made adjustable — so you can train harder for longer without joint issues getting in the way.

THE CRAFT

Every Tricep Blade is built by hand in the UK in limited production runs. We don't manufacture to a shelf — we manufacture to a standard. Once a batch is full, new orders enter the next production window. What arrives at your gym isn't a product that was stamped out by a machine. It's one that was made with the specific intention that you'd still be using it in ten years.
