LAT BAR

DESCRIPTION

Five cable exercises. One bar. The last lat attachment you'll ever need to buy.

Most cable attachments are built for one movement and compromised on everything else. The Savage Lat Bar is different. Two eyelets positioned at opposing ends of the bar let you rotate it 90 degrees and lock it in either orientation — which completely changes the mechanics of the exercise you're performing. In the standard orientation you have an angled, ergonomic grip designed for lat pulldowns and rows that keeps the wrists neutral and the lats under tension throughout the full range. Rotated 90 degrees, the bar becomes a horizontal overhead attachment ideal for cable pullovers and tricep pressdowns, where grip width and angle are everything. The angled handles aren't decorative — they're engineered to keep your joints in a position that lets the target muscle do the work, not compensate for a bar that wasn't designed with the movement in mind. One bar covers your entire back session and your tricep work without swapping attachments between sets.

THE CRAFT

Every Lat Bar is built by hand in the UK in limited production runs. We don't manufacture to a shelf — we manufacture to a standard. Once a batch is full, new orders enter the next production window. What arrives at your gym isn't a product that was stamped out by a machine. It's one that was made with the specific intention that you'd still be using it in ten years.
