Most gym setups treat lateral raises as an afterthought — a dumbbell grabbed from the rack, swung with momentum, loaded inconsistently from rep to rep. This changes that. By mounting directly to your existing power rack, the Rack Mounted Lateral Raise creates a fixed, repeatable movement path that keeps constant tension on the lateral deltoid throughout the entire range of motion. No swinging. No momentum cheating. No relying on a cable stack that's always occupied.
