KATANA BAR 2.0
DESCRIPTION
(Images pending for the stainless version. The design is the exact same as the black powdercoat, it will just be put together in stainless steel with a raw finish).
The KATANA BAR 2.0 is here. A stainless steel variant has now been added and both variants are now featuring knurled aluminium handles.
The lat pulldown most commercial gyms don't have — and the one serious back builders have been hunting down for decades.
The Katana is based on a bar design made famous during the golden era of bodybuilding — an inverted, flat bar that changes the grip position and angle of pull in a way a standard lat pulldown bar simply can't replicate. When used upside down, it places the hands in a more natural, slightly pronated position that shifts more of the load onto the lower lats and teres major, creating a wider, thicker back sweep that overhand and underhand grips on a standard bar don't fully reach. What makes the Savage version different is that it's fully reversible — flip it and it functions as a conventional flat lat bar too, giving you two distinct movements and two distinct lines of pull from a single attachment. One bar. Two exercises. Both of them better than what's hanging on the pulley stack at your gym right now.

THE CRAFT
Every Katana Lat Bar is built by hand in the UK in limited production runs. We don't manufacture to a shelf — we manufacture to a standard. Once a batch is full, new orders enter the next production window. What arrives at your gym isn't a product that was stamped out by a machine. It's one that was made with the specific intention that you'd still be using it in ten years.
