DESCRIPTION
A rack attachment that makes your power rack the most versatile piece of equipment in your gym.
Most rack attachments do one thing. The ISO Converging Arms do six — and they do each one better than a standard cable or free weight setup can. The converging press path is where most buyers start: unlike a barbell press or a fixed machine that moves in a straight horizontal line, the arms arc inward as you press, following the natural trajectory the pectoral fibres actually travel during contraction. That converging path is what creates the deep stretch at the bottom of the rep and the peak contraction at the top that a flat bar or a fixed machine can't replicate. But the ISO Converging Arms are far more than a chest press attachment. Mounted to the front face of the rack, each arm functions as an independent lever — loaded separately, moving independently — which opens up unilateral pressing, front raises, lateral raises, and overhead pressing from the same mounting position. With the addition of 1" roller pads, they also convert to leg curl and leg extension stations. The result is a single rack attachment that covers chest, shoulders, and legs across multiple movement patterns, without adding a single extra machine to your floor space.
