HAMMER CURL BAR
Each piece is manufactured by hand in limited production runs. We don’t mass-produce, and we don’t rush builds. Once a batch is full, new orders wait for the next production window.
HAMMER CURL BAR
DESCRIPTION
The BT-Bar transformed your bicep and tricep training. The Hammer BT-Bar does the same for your brachialis.
Hammer curls are supposed to target the brachialis — the muscle that sits underneath the bicep and is responsible for a significant amount of upper arm thickness. But performed on a rope, a D-handle, or a dumbbell, the neutral grip position is never truly locked in. The wrists rotate slightly under load, momentum creeps in at the top of the rep, and the forearm ends up doing work that should be going into the brachialis. The Hammer BT-Bar solves this the same way the original BT-Bar approaches bicep and tricep training — by removing the variables. The integrated forearm pads cradle the arm in a fixed neutral position throughout the entire range of motion, so the wrist cannot rotate, the elbow stays on the correct path, and every inch of the movement is mechanically loaded through the brachialis and long head of the bicep. No momentum, no joint compensation, no wasted reps. Just the muscle you're trying to build, doing the work it's designed to do.

THE CRAFT
Every Hammer BT-Bar is built by hand in the UK in limited production runs. We don't manufacture to a shelf — we manufacture to a standard. Once a batch is full, new orders enter the next production window. What arrives at your gym isn't a product that was stamped out by a machine. It's one that was made with the specific intention that you'd still be using it in ten years.
OVERSEAS IMPORT FEES
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
If you're unsure what to expect, we'd recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. We're always happy to answer questions — reach out via the contact form or email us directly.
