THE WHY
The BT-Handle takes everything that made the BT-Bar and LCA Handle two of the best selling attachments in the range and puts them into a single, unilateral piece of kit. The ergonomic forearm support locks the wrist in the correct position throughout the movement — removing joint compensation and forcing the target muscle to do the work, whether that's the bicep, tricep, or lateral deltoid. The rotating eyelet at the base moves dynamically throughout the range of motion, keeping the cable angle aligned with the movement path at every point in the rep rather than pulling against it. Train each arm independently. Identify imbalances. Load each side through its full, honest range without the stronger arm carrying the weaker one. One handle that covers your arm training and your shoulder isolation work completely.
