BT BAR LITE
Each piece is manufactured by hand in limited production runs. We don’t mass-produce, and we don’t rush builds. Once a batch is full, new orders wait for the next production window.
BT BAR LITE
DESCRIPTION
All of the BT-Bar's ergonomics. The same movement benefits. A lower barrier to get started.
The BT Bar Lite was built around a simple idea — not everyone needs the full premium specification of the original BT-Bar to get the training benefits it delivers. The converging and diverging angles, the forearm-hugging pad support, the movement path designed around how your arm actually travels during a curl or pressdown — all of that is carried over completely into the Lite version. What changes is the handle. The Lite uses a 28mm smooth grip rather than the knurled aluminium handles on the original, which keeps the manufacturing cost down and the price accessible without compromising on the thing that makes the BT-Bar different from everything else on the market. If you've been watching the BT-Bar content and want to experience the movement before committing to the full version, this is where you start. Premium pads are included as standard.

THE CRAFT
Every BT Bar Lite is built by hand in the UK in limited production runs. We don't manufacture to a shelf — we manufacture to a standard. Once a batch is full, new orders enter the next production window. What arrives at your gym isn't a product that was stamped out by a machine. It's one that was made with the specific intention that you'd still be using it in ten years.
OVERSEAS IMPORT FEES
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
If you're unsure what to expect, we'd recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. We're always happy to answer questions — reach out via the contact form or email us directly.
