DESCRIPTION
The Savage Fat Grip changes the diameter of any cable attachment from 32mm to 45mm with a single swap. That extra width means your hand can no longer fully close around the handle, which forces the forearm flexors, extensors, and wrist stabilisers to work continuously throughout the entire set just to maintain contact with the bar. The result is a significant increase in forearm and grip recruitment on every exercise you already do — curls, pressdowns, rows, pulldowns — without adding a single extra movement to your session. Screw them in, train as normal, and let the diameter do the work.
